Moroccan Cactus Silk Pillow, Vogue
Leaves of the sabra cactus plant (agave) are harvested for the filaments & loomed into silk with free-hand embroidered patterns. Botanical pigments are then used to dye the fabric. The final step involves laying the sheets out to dry under the Moroccan sun, this is where each pillow gets it's burnished finish.
